Acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) is a clinical syndrome that often results in hospitalization. Type 1 cardiorenal (CRS) characterized by acute worsening of cardiac function leading to kidney injury (AKI) common ADHF patients due the maladaptive cross talk between and kidneys.
